To make 500 ml of 70% alcohol answer:
-368ml 95% Everclear ethyl alcohol (ethanol)
-131 ml distilled water
-3 drops of lavender oil + 2 drops of rosemary oil
If you’re utilizing 70% isopropyl alcohol
-499 ml of alcohol
– just a few drops of important oils
Using 99% isopropyl alcohol
-353 ml of alcohol
-146 ml of water
-a few drops of important oils
NOTE: Ensure that 70% ethyl alcohol (ethanol) or 70% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) are used. If the share is larger, you’ll be able to merely dilute it to 70%.
Ethyl alcohol you purchase from a liquor retailer needs to be 140 proof (70% alcohol content material) or larger.
