  1. 45% of women couldn’t label their vagina on a diagram. I believe that it is important for us all to understand our body parts, and be aware of any changes so we can look after our health. This includes being familiar with the correct terminologies, not being ashamed to use them and knowing how to maintain good vulval and vaginal health and hygiene.

Do you know the difference between your vulva & your vagina? How do you maintain vulval health and hygiene? Do you use water alone, water and soap, fragranced or unfragranced products? Have you run into any issues? Let's have an open discussion.
Feel free to share your experiences. ❤️

  2. I have a question
When you were describing how to clean your vulva, when i wash my mons pubis and the outer lips with soap. Should i use soap on the red bit like the vaginal opening and the wee hole like that red bit. Should i just wash with water or soap as well.
I wash my vulva normally with water every time i pee is that excessive i just dont want to smell of pee.

  3. I don't have unscented soap so I've been using just water. Question right at the opening can have discharge or period. Can you just add water to remove? Or remove with your hands? When I say add water I don't mean pushing water inside I mean just to remove the discharge.

  4. First, I love your channel! Second, do you have any recommendations for vitamins/supplements that are safe to take for vaginal health while on birth control, specifically a mirena & pill combo?

  5. Thanks for your lovely videos Dr. Simi. Why do I feel pain and itching on my vulva and other times inside my vagaina?itching it is sweet and also very painful 💔 😢 I stuck garlic inside my vagaina one-time and that was the first time I ever did that. Saw that on the Internet. I tied a string to the garlic after making a hole in the garlic for the string so it doesn't get stuck inside of me. I felt a lot of burning pain which was worse than what I used to feel all these years.
However, after putting the garlic and pulling out,the next day,I didn't feel the pains and itch in my vagaina for at least two weeks, probably more.
I was so happy I did that. I can't go to the doctor telling him or her how I feel down there. The shame 😔 would be so much.
